Returns & Warranty Policy - Abu Nassar Office Furniture LTD
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The product does not match the confirmed order
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase.
Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return, unless faulty.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must:
- Be unused (unless defective)
- Be returned in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Warranty
Most products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to minor scratches, surface marks, fading, fabric or mesh stretching, cushion softening, drawer resistance, and general aging caused by regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation by the customer or third parties, overloading, or unauthorized modifications
- Color, texture, or finish variations, including differences due to lighting, screen display, material aging, or production batches
